Delore Zimmerman, Ph.D. is an economic development strategist and activist with more than 35 years of domestic and international experience. He is a founder, president and CEO of Praxis Strategy Group an economic research, policy, strategy and development company. Established in 1994, Praxis Strategy Group works with leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs in business, government, higher education and the non-profit sector to develop and implement action-oriented initiatives and business ventures.
He serves as the Manager of the Red River Corridor Fund (RRCF) and President of the Red River Angel Fund. The RRCF partners with private lenders and investors to expand credit and capital availability to small businesses in central and eastern North Dakota. The RRAF is comprised of individual investors and institutions in the state of North Dakota who desire to support emerging entrepreneurs and growing companies in the region.

Mark Huston began his association with Development Capital Networks in April 2013. Prior to joining DCN, Mark was the Portfolio Manager for the Iowa Fund of Funds with Cimarron Capital Partners. Prior to that assignment, Mark was the Managing Director of Cimarron Business Capital. CBC is a $50 million fund that finances growing companies in Oklahoma and is capitalized in partnership with OG&E, the state's largest utility.
From 1983 to 2004, Mark was the Manager of Business Finance at the Oregon Economic Development Department. Mark's responsibility included managing State of Oregon programs delivering revenue bonds, loans, guaranties, and credit enhancement. Under his management, thousands of Oregon companies were provided with over $1 billion of financing.
Mark is a Director and former President of the National Council of Development Finance Agencies. He received a Masters of Public Administration degree from Arizona State University and a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics from the University of Idaho. Mark makes his home in Portland, Oregon.
